Welcome to the Fantasy Wings Programme. We are emailing to confirm your Birmingham Venue for the 21/22 Fantasy Wings programme. Your Birmingham Venue is the Ibis Birmingham New Street in Birmingham City Centre. The Address is Ibis Birmingham New Street, Arcadian Centre, 21 Ladywell Walk, Birmingham B5 4ST.
The only session that will deviate from this will be the Annual Conference in July 2022 which will be in London as shown on your timetable however the Venue will be confirmed in January 2022
Please arrive at the venue on time in preparation for us to sign everyone in and to allow everyone to take their spaces before the session begins. Your first session is in October – please see the dates on the attached timetable.
On August 15th we will send you an email to confirm your specific time-slot for your sessions beginning October so you know what time to attend. We are currently organising all participants into age appropriate time groups.
