One of the biggest challenges facing the aviation industry is a lack of diversity and a widening skills gap. Limited support and systemic barriers make it hard for underrepresented groups to access its most exciting careers—from becoming a pilot and entering the flight deck to engineering, air traffic control, and beyond.

While one of our main pathways guides talented young people from minority ethnic backgrounds and young women towards becoming airline pilots, we illuminate all the incredible opportunities this industry holds through our in-depth accredited Aviation Development programme.
