All courses and programmes are non-refundable. Once the registration form has been returned to us – that forms a contract and the 10-month programme and payments become a commitment which cannot be broken by the participant.
All courses and classes must be paid via direct debit or invoice
We reserve the right to cancel or amend courses or classes including session dates based on our operational needs, in case of cancellation pro-rata refunds will be made.
If you have been awarded a sponsored space from your school, only one space can be used per household.
Supervision and Viewing
Parents are allowed to wait for young people that are involved in the different sessions however the session may only be attended by the participant.
Our staff are fully trained and DBS checked and will be on-hand to supervise the young people for the duration of the session
Due to the number of participants taking part in these sessions, we cannot allow friends and family to watch from venue. We welcome them to attend our annual conference subject to availability of spaces
Safeguarding
It is the policy of the Fantasy Wings to safeguard the welfare of our young participants by protecting them from physical, sexual and emotional harm.
We adhere to our safeguarding and child protection policies and, if applicable, will refer any disclosures or concerns to the relevant authorities.
Photography
By taking part and attending our sessions, you are agreeing that you understand that photos and videos may be taken during sessions and I consent to Fantasy Wings using photographs and/or video recordings of me taken by Fantasy Wings or by persons or organisations authorised on behalf of Fantasy Wings for the purposes of internally and externally promoting our organisation. These images could be used in any media (existing or later created or made available) including print and digital media formats such as print publications, prospectuses, brochures, websites, e-marketing, posters, banners, advertising, film, social media, teaching and research purposes
Rebooking
Participants who are currently enrolled and unable to attend one session will be allowed to attend a session run at a venue in another city if they are willing to make the travel commitment.
Fantasy Wings Sessions
Fantasy Wings participants are expected to attend all 10 sessions.
If you cannot make a session you must contact us on info@fantasywings.co.uk to let us know so we can arrange for you to be added to another cities session or email you a link to the recorded sessions.

Payments Refunds and cancellations
Payments of £25 for each student is taken 3 months before the course starts and finishes 3 months before the class ends. This is to ensure each student’s place is secured for each venue.
Fantasy wings do not accept credit cards which expire before June 2026. Fantasy Wings reserves the right to cancel registration if the correct payment terms and methods are not observed. You can add new cards to in your account area under ‘Payment Methods’.
Course fee is non refundable.
You are able to cancel your space on the programme up until 45 days before the programme begins. If you cancel before the 45 days, your space will be available and any deposit/administration fee/programme fee paid would be non refundable.
If you choose to cancel your enrolment after the 45-day period, you will still be responsible for paying the entire course fee.
Distance Learning
Please note that should Government Guidelines restrict events in person or if there is a decision made for operational reasons – we reserve the right to move sessions to Zoom or another online based platform until we are able to meet in person as per the law and our own operational demands.
Certificates
To receive a certificate upon completion of a course, students must meet all of the following requirements:

Attend all course sessions. Make-up sessions may be provided for any missed classes. Please contact us to arrange makeup sessions as mentioned above

Complete all course assignments and assessments.

Pay the course fees in full. Outstanding balances must be paid before a certificate will be issued.
The certificates awarded for our courses are formal CPD (Continuing Professional Development) certificates. As such, we want to ensure each certificate accurately reflects the student's full participation and completion of the course.
